What clients ask before we start working together.

What industries do you work with?

How does an engagement typically start?

Usually a team needs someone to own their analytics. We come in, check the existing tracking, then scope the work together: what needs fixing, what needs building, what reporting and KPIs the team actually needs. From there we move into implementation.

What is the difference between your consulting and your products?

Consulting is custom work for your team: tracking concepts, implementation, reporting, KPI strategy. Products (Aspectr, Trakr, Measr) are standalone tools we built from patterns we kept seeing across client work. Both are built by the same team.

Do you work with agencies or only brands?

Both. We work directly with brand marketing teams and as a specialist partner to agencies who need analytics depth they do not have in-house.

Is AI Search Visibility the same as SEO?

No. SEO is about ranking blue links on Google: keywords, backlinks, page-one positions. AI Search Visibility measures and improves whether AI systems mention, cite, and recommend your brand when customers ask. Different signals, a different deliverable, and often a different team. We do not do keyword research or backlink work.

Which AI models do you test against?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Gemini, plus any other model a client asks us to include. We also run real browser testing in the actual AI products your customers use, not just API calls, so the numbers match what people really see.
