Sample deliverables

What a deliverable looks like

Two examples of how evidence becomes a task or a content brief. Each sample states whether it is illustrative or adapted from client work.

Sample task · Automotive brandIllustrative scenario

Help EV buyers compare charging times.

Buyer question
How long does this electric car take to charge at home?
Example finding
An AI answer cites a third-party guide. The brand’s page lists battery capacity and range, but does not explain home charging time or the conditions behind it.
Publishing recommendation
Add a direct answer and a charging comparison table. Explain charger power, battery variant, the charge range being measured and conditions that affect the estimate.
Facts to confirm
Confirm the charging figures and their test conditions before publishing. Your contact decides who verifies the facts and how to produce and publish the content.
Follow-up
Repeat the agreed buyer questions with a recurring service. Compare brand presence and cited sources with the baseline.

This scenario illustrates the deliverable format. It is not a measured client finding or a claim of improved visibility.

Help car buyers understand the touchscreen controls.

What customers discuss
Comments and forum posts raise questions about touchscreen controls and settings. Customers want to understand which functions have physical controls and which preferences they need to set again.
What your team receives
A content brief with customer questions, supporting discussion links, content recommendations, suggested formats and facts to verify before publication.
The recommended content
Explain where to find everyday controls, how to change settings and which preferences are retained.
Suggested formats
An FAQ article and short demonstration videos. Your team decides which format and channel suit the content.
Questions for the article and videos
  • Which functions have physical controls, and which use the touchscreen?
  • How do customers adjust the settings they use most often?
  • Which preferences are saved when the car restarts?
How your team uses the brief
Your nominated contact receives the recommendations and decides how to distribute the work. Your company chooses who verifies the facts, produces the content and publishes it.

This sample comes from the current content-brief pilot. The brief is available; validation with the client team is still pending. Customer comments show experiences and perceptions; product facts need confirmation before publication.

Discuss the questions your team needs to answer.

We will agree the measurement and delivery scope with you.
