When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect:

2.3. Newsletter and Free Tools
If you subscribe to our AI Visibility Report newsletter or request your scan results from the AI Visibility Inspector, we collect:
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your first name
- Consent records for the double opt-in (confirmation timestamp and the IP address used to confirm)
- For the Inspector: the URL you scanned and the resulting scan report
This data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and emails are delivered via Resend. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Inspector users who do not tick the newsletter checkbox receive emails about their scan only, never the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data for the following purposes:

- Service providers: Hosting, email, and IT infrastructure: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database and analytics storage), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (call booking), and Cloudflare (Turnstile spam protection on our forms)

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place.
We use Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, to host our website. Netlify processes server logs (IP addresses, access times) as part of standard web hosting.
